Summary of the book: The Innovation and Citizenship prize dates back from the year 2000 and throughout its implementation has managed to recover the knowledge founded on the interaction between important male and female figures of the civil society with whom work the members of public administration. The innovative results of this relationship ensue in the strengthening of citizenship, the construction of new links between civil society and the States, next to the recognition and exercise of citizen rights.
